Man Pleads Guilty, Sentenced for Charges Related to Drug Trafficking

Columbus – A Columbus man will spend more than a decade and a half in prison after pleading guilty to charges related to his drug trafficking organization. Today, Timotheus Graham, 41, pled guilty to the following charges:
- Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity;
- Promoting Prostitution; and
- Two counts of Trafficking in Drugs.
Judge Sheryl Munson sentenced Graham to 16.5-22 years in prison.
Case Background
After receiving multiple tips in May of 2023, the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force opened an investigation into Timotheus Graham, AKA “Blue,” and his potential criminal activities. The investigation spanned from January through August of 2023. As the case progressed, investigators learned Graham was the leader of a north-end criminal group involved in Human Trafficking, Prostitution, Drug Trafficking, Money Laundering, and Weapons offenses.
Graham set up and operated multiple “trap houses.” Graham would supply these trap houses with drugs and then assign associates/co-conspirators to manage their locations, distribute narcotics, and funnel money back to him.
Task Force Agents were able to identify multiple locations that Graham and his associates utilized for his illegal operation from March to August of 2023. These locations were identified through multiple sources, including search warrants, police reports, victim and witness interviews, human surveillance, social media intelligence, and cellphone analysis.
The investigation revealed that Graham targeted vulnerable women with addictions who purchased drugs from him and worked in prostitution near his trap houses. Through multiple interviews, victims revealed that Graham would provide drugs up front to women and then direct them to engage in prostitution in order to pay him back. If the victims did not buy all their drugs from him, pay back their drug debts, and funnel money back to him, he would withhold drugs, threaten violence, and/or assault them. During victim interviews, three victims disclosed elements of Promoting Prostitution, Compelling Prostitution, and Human Trafficking.
On August 9, 2023, police executed a search warrant to arrest Graham and numerous co-conspirators. The execution led to the seizure of more than one hundred grams of cocaine, 85 grams of fentanyl, and 20 grams of methamphetamine.
Graham’s co-conspirators; Jessica Lyles, Sandra Carroll, Roxy Porter, and Deanna Mundy, have all pleaded guilty to their charges.
