Position Summary
The Discovery Unit Paralegal plays a vital role in supporting the Prosecutor's Office's legal and ethical discovery obligations through the management, organization, and disclosure of criminal case materials. Under the supervision of the Support Staff Supervisor, Discovery Unit, this position coordinates with law enforcement agencies, Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys, and defense counsel to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of discovery materials, The Discovery Unit Paralegal supports all prosecutorial units, including General Trial Staff, and assists in maintaining best practices related to digital evidence management, case preparation, and discovery compliance.
