COVID19 Information

In response to mandates from local, state and federal authorities concerning the COVID19 pandemic and to keep our employees and the public safe, employees of the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s office located in the government complex are teleworking from home or coming to the office very infrequently.  Franklin County has restricted the public from entering the complex. 
 
Arraignments in Common Pleas Court are now limited to three days a week.  Our Grand Jury sessions are also limited to 2 days a week and only serious felonies are being presented.
 
Our employees are checking voicemails and emails daily.  Witnesses and victims may still contact their victim advocate or prosecutor via email and phone.  The main office phone number, 614-525-3555 is being monitored and all calls will be forwarded to the appropriate employee for response.  Prosecutor email (prosecutor.franklincountyohio.gov) will be monitored.
