Defendant: Charles Harris

Charles Harris, who was charged with six sexual assaults committed while robbing employees of a check cashing business, between 12-23-08 and 1-10-09 plead guilty on 7-13-09 to four counts of Rape and two counts of attempted Rape. Harris is jointly being prosecuted by the US Attorney and it is expected that his state sentence will be 59 years and a federal sentence in the same range. The goal being to assure that he is never released from prison.
