AUNT INDICTED FOR RAPE OF HER 5 MONTH OLD NIECE

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said, “This woman performed oral sex on her 5 month old niece, recorded herself committing the act, and sent the video to her boyfriend’s email.  This was allegedly done in exchange for money.”  Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Felicia Amber Sullivan, age 29, in connection to the December 13^th, 2017 sexual abuse of her 5 month old niece at a home located at 176 N. Central Avenue in Columbus.  Sullivan has been indicted for one count of Rape (F-1) and two counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor (F-2), for a total of three counts.  The defendant allegedly performed a sexual act on her niece while videotaping the abuse, and then sent the video to her boyfriend.  “If Sullivan is convicted for the rape of this child under 13 years of age, she faces up to life in prison,” O’Brien stated.  Arraignment for Sullivan is set for Monday, February 5^th, at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2B at 345 S. High Street in downtown Columbus.
