FELONIOUS ASSAULT AND ATTEMPTED FELONIOUS ASSAULT INDICTMENT FILED ON OLENTANGY TRAIL BIKE PATH SUSPECT

Defendant: Christopher Boswell

            Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Christopher Boswell, age 32, in the case involving the assault of two victims on separate incidents on July 26, 2018 on the Olentangy Trail bike path.
            Boswell has been indicted on one count of Felonious Assault (F-2) and one count of Attempted Felonious Assault (F-3).  The felonious assault count includes a repeat violent offender specification.
            O’Brien commended the Columbus Police Department for their investigation and arrest in this case.
