SIX SUSPECTS INDICTED FOR KIDNAPPING, ROBBING, AND FELONIOUS ASSAULT OF FEMALE VICTIM WHILE SHE WAS VISITING HER FRIEND

Defendant: Christina E. Brown, Justin D. Hood, Patricia M. Kukuloff, Chelsea A. Hood, Jamie J. Goble and Phillip L. Graves
Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said, “After joining a friend inside a home, this victim was eventually held against her will as the friend and numerous other people inside robbed and beat her.” Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned six indictments respectively on Christina E. Brown, age 33, Justin D. Hood, age 28, Patricia M. Kukuloff, age 27, Chelsea A. Hood, age 25, Jamie J. Goble, age 46, and Phillip L. Graves, age 25, in connection to the December 1st, 2018 felonious assault of victim Kamia Maddy, age 34 that occurred at 442 E. Woodrow Avenue in Columbus. All six defendants were indicted for Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Robbery, and Felonious Assault (each count with a firearm specification). Other counts in some of the various indictments include Tampering with Evidence and Having Weapons While Under Disability. It is alleged that the six adults were accompanied by juvenile Devine W. Ridley, age 17, who has been charged with Robbery and currently has a trial date set of December 28th, 2018, which most likely will be continued to a later date. O’Brien commended the Columbus Police Department for their thorough investigation of the case.
