In June Prosecutor Ron O’Brien objected to Jackson’s release because the victims still live today with the horror of his sexual assaults.  Prosecutor O’Brien announces today that the Ohio Parole Board has denied parole for serial rapist Edward F. Jackson, Jr. 

O’Brien stated Jackson was convicted of raping 36 different women.  Jackson will not be eligible for parole again until August, 2029.
