KRISTOFER GARRETT FOUND GUILTY OF ALL COUNTS IN THE MURDER OF HIS FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND HER MOTHER; DEATH PENALTY PHASE OF TRIAL TO START NEXT WEEK

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that following a twelve day jury trial, a Franklin County jury has returned a guilty verdict on Kristofer Deshan Garrett, age 26, in connection to the January 5^th, 2018 double murders of his four year old daughter and her mother Nicole Antionette Duckson, age 34, that occurred at a home located in the two thousand block of Fleet Road on the southeast side of Columbus. 

The mitigation/sentencing phase for this death penalty case will begin on August 13, 2019, at 9:00 am in courtroom 6F before Judge Chris Brown at 345 South High Street in downtown Columbus.
