Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien will join with Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters at noon on Friday, August 23rd in Cincinnati for a videoconferencing plea hearing and sentencing for serial killer Samuel Little, who had more than 90 murder victims in at least 16 states.  Little, now 79 years old, is expected to plead guilty from California via Skype before Judge Melba Marsh in Cincinnati to two separate killings that occurred in Cincinnati and Little will then be sentenced.  One of Little’s victims, Anna Lee Stewart was strangled to death in Cincinnati, however he drove her body to Grove City where he dumped her body in a wooded area.  Detectives Teri Ruslander, Matt Ryan, Texas Ranger Jimmy Holland and Prosecutor O’Brien worked on the case and after Little’s confession joined with Deters to seek justice for the victim.
