MAN PLED GUILTY TO UNLICENSED SALE OF SECURITIES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS FRAUD AND TO TWO COUNTS UNLICENSED SALE OF SECURITIES

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that Jeffrey Hall pled guilty to charges in two cases today. In 18CR-1232, Hall pled to Unlicensed Sale of Securities, a Felony of the third degree and Telecommunications Fraud, a felony of the third degree. In 17CR-4124, Hall pled to Securities Fraud, a felony of the second degree, and to two counts Unlicensed Sale of Securities – one a felony of the third degree and the other a felony of the four degree. The offenses involved 11 victims with over $1.3 million in losses. Sentencing is set May 28th, 2020 before Judge Hawkins, Courtroom 6B.
