Man sentenced to 22 years in prison for rape of two juvenile females

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that Terry J. McFadden, age 70 was sentenced today after previously pleading guilty to two counts of Rape that occurred at an in-home daycare in Grandview run by McFadden and his wife, where McFadden sexually abused two juvenile females, ages 4 and 6 at the time of the offenses.  McFadden was sentenced to 22 years in prison.  McFadden was also classified as a Tier 3 sex offender and will be required to register with the County Sheriff every 90 days for life once he is released from prison.
