COUPLE INDICTED FOR POSSESSION AND TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN AND AS MAJOR DRUG DEALERS

Defendant: Josean F. Feliciano and Nafchesca Rodriguez

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned indictments after two separate arrests in connection to drug possession and trafficking.

Josean F. Feliciano aka Alberto Torres Garcia, age 37 was arrested during a traffic incident when it was discovered he was in possession of over 300 grams of heroin.  Following his arrest, a search warrant was issued for his address where a large amount of drugs were seized. The occupant at that address, Nafchesca Rodriguez, age 33, was subsequently arrested.  BCI is still testing these drugs for content.  Both Feliciano and Rodriguez were charged with possession and trafficking with specification.  O’Brien further stated, “the specification, MDO, was for being a major drug offender due to the large quantity they possessed.” 

Arraignment is set for Wednesday, August 12th, 2020  at 1:00 pm in courtroom 2B at 345 South High Street in downtown Columbus.
