GRAND JURY INDICTS 3 MORE MEN FOR SEPARATE AND UNRELATED MURDERS AS SHOOTING DEATHS CONTINUE TO SOAR

Defendant: Quintez L. Poole, Isaiah Tayshawn Tucker, and Walter Charles Boyuk

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said, “Sadly all 3 of these murders in our county occurred within a 15 day time span in October.”  Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned indictments on 3 more separate and unrelated murders.
 
 Quintez L. Poole, age 24, has been indicted for the October 7th, 2020 shooting death of Dontey Jacquce Wiley, age 26, in a cul-de-sac in the 5000 block of Arborwood Drive at approximately 12:30 am.  Officers and medics arrived at the location and found the bleeding victim laying in the middle of the street.  The victim was transported to the hospital and was pronounced dead an hour later.
 
Isaiah Tayshawn Tucker, age 18, has been indicted for the October 8th, 2020 shooting death of Nofeir Cannon, age 15, in an alley off of Rankin Avenue south of Loretta Avenue at approximately 11:00 pm.  Officers were dispatched to the area and found the deceased juvenile lying on the ground. 
             
Walter Charles Boyuk, age 77, has been indicted for the October 22nd, 2020 shooting death of his wife Kathleen A. Boyuk, age 76.  Police were dispatched to Griggs Reservoir on the report of a female slumped over the steering wheel of a car.  Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the victim shot multiple times in her upper body. The victim was transported to the hospital and succumbed to her injuries later that night.
