Holli Osborn Found Guilty of Murder in the Shooting Death of Her Husband, Dr. Christopher Osborn

A Franklin County jury this morning found Holli Osborn, 46, guilty in the 2018 murder of her husband, Dr. Christopher Osborn.
On the morning of July 18, 2018, Dr. Osborn was found dead inside the couple’s home at 5709 Ennishannon Place in Dublin. Investigators resolved that he was shot three times in the head while sleeping. Osborn was arrested for his murder on April 12, 2019, following a grand jury indictment.
During the trial, which began Sept. 26, prosecutors presented evidence from police and forensic testing, including Holli Osborn’s DNA on the murder weapon, gunshot residue on her body, and cell phone information showing a motive.
Sentencing of Osborn will be conducted at a later date. She faces a mandatory sentence of 18 years to life in prison. Judge Jaiza Page presided over the trial. Franklin County Assistant Prosecutors Dan Lenert and Chynna Kelley handled the case.
