Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Thomas Pride Gutierrez, age 18, for one count of Reckless Homicide with a Firearm Specification (F-3), in connection to the August 2, 2016 tragic shooting death of Upper Arlington High School student Daylee Nicole Blaze Newman, age 17, that occurred inside a house located at 486 E. Gutierrez will be arraigned on Wednesday, August 17th at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2B at the Court of Common Pleas, 345 S. High Street.
