2 MILLION DOLLAR BOND SET FOR SUSPECT INDICTED IN DEATH OF 7 YEAR OLD BOY AND WOUNDING OF 3 OTHERS

Defendant: Marctarious Kejuan Grace

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced this afternoon that a 2 million dollar bond was set in arraignment court today for Marctarious Kejuan Grace, age 18, in connection to the March 4th shooting death of 7 year old De’Ontae Fisher and wounding of three other people in the Express Mart parking lot on East Fifth Avenue.  Grace was indicted last Friday for two counts of Aggravated Murder, one count of Murder, three counts of Attempted Murder, three counts of Felonious Assault and one count of Participating in a Criminal Gang, for a total of ten counts.  All counts in the indictment carry gun and gang specifications.
