CIRCLEVILLE MAN INDICTED FOR THREE COLUMBUS BANK ROBBERIES IN THREE MONTHS

Defendant: Jeremy William Draise
Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Jeremy William Draise, age 35, for three robberies over a three month period throughout central Ohio. Draise has been indicted for three (F-2) counts of Robbery and three (F-3) counts of Robbery, for a total of six counts. The indictment alleges Draise robbed the following locations:
01/08/2016 First Merit Bank/7490 Sawmill Road
03/11/2016 Huntington National Bank/7744 Sawmill Road
03/19/2016 Huntington National Bank/3003 E. Main Street
“Total loss to the three banks was over $4,500,” O’Brien stated. O’Brien further stated, “If found guilty on all charges, Draise faces in excess of ten years in prison.” Arraignment for Draise is set for Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2B at 345 S. High Street.
