On Wednesday evening, February 8th, Reagan was working at Bodega Café located at 1044 N. High Street in the Short North, and left her place of employment around 9:45 pm to walk to her car. On Friday morning, February 10th, Reagan’s silver 1999 Honda Acura was located in the 700 block of Oakwood Avenue. The vehicle was processed by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. A cigarette butt located in Reagan’s car was examined and a DNA profile was uploaded into the CODIS database linking the DNA match to Golsby. Shortly thereafter, Golsby was arrested at his residence located at 1049 Forest Street.
