FORMER ENCOMPASS THERAPY EMPLOYEE INDICTED FOR OVER $20,000 THEFT FROM EMPLOYER

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said, “This woman was an entrusted employee who abused her position for her own personal gain by stealing over $20,000 from her employer.” Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Kimberley R. Kendall, age 47, for one count Grand Theft (F-4) and one count Tampering with Records (F-3). Kendall was the office manager for Encompass Therapy in Columbus located at 1000 E. Broad Street in Columbus. It is alleged that between March 18, 2014 to July 27, 2015, Kendall stole checks sent to Encompass Therapy, deposited them into her personal accounts, and deleted invoices to conceal her activities. “In total, it is alleged that Kendall took $20,373.38 from the company,” O’Brien stated. Arraignment for Kendall is set for Wednesday, October 19th at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2B at 345 S. High Street in downtown Columbus.
