Hard Road Cafe Shooter Indicted

Defendant: George A. Gulledge

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against George A. Gulledge, age 38, for one count (F-2) Felonious Assault and one count (F-4) Carrying a Concealed Weapon, for a total of two counts, in connection to the shooting that occurred at the Hard Road Café, located at 1880 Hard Road, on August 18, 2012. It is alleged that the defendant was upset at paying his bar tab, threw a bar glass at the victim, and later shot her in the leg after she had gone outside to call the police. Arraignment for Gulledge is set for Friday, September 21st, at 1:30 pm at 345 South High Street, 2nd Floor.
