LINCOLN VILLAGE CREEPER INDICTED

Defendant: Taylor Lee Wise

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned a twelve count indictment against Taylor Lee Wise, age 21, for his alleged involvement in a string of burglaries that occurred over a three week period between September 4th and 27th, 2013.  Wise has been indicted for two counts of Burglary (F-2), two counts of Kidnapping (F-1), four counts Gross Sexual Imposition (F-4), two counts of Aggravated Burglary (F-1), one count Attempted Gross Sexual Imposition (F-5), and one count of Attempted Burglary (F-3).  The indictment alleges that the defendant was sneaking through open windows of his Lincoln Village neighbors to molest women and girls who lived within walking distance of his house.  O’Brien commended the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and the Columbus Police Department for their investigation and apprehension of this serial burglar.  Arraignment is set for Wednesday, October 9th, 2012 at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2A at 345 S. High Street.
