Man Indicted For Videotaping Woman In Macy’s Department Store Dressing Room At Eastland Mall

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Tyler D. Baird of Reynoldsburg, age 27, with one count Burglary (F-2), and one count Voyeurism (M-2), for a total of two counts. On March 6^th, 2013, Macy’s Security Department was notified by the victim that there was a man in the women’s dressing room who appeared to be photographing or videotaping her from under the partition in her cubical while she was changing clothes. O’Brien said, “fortunately this victim was observant and reported this illegal activity immediately, which allowed his apprehension and arrest”.
