Man Indicted For Voyeurism And Illegal Use Of A Minor In Nudity Oriented Material Involving His Co-workers

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Nelson J. Brewer, age 30, with five counts Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material or Performance (F-2), five counts Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material or Performance (F-5), five counts Voyeurism (F-5), and three counts Voyeurism (M-2), for a total of eighteen counts. Brewer was an employee at Jacks Pet Store located at 6334 Gender Road in Canal Winchester. It is alleged that Brewer had hidden a camera in the employee restroom of the business and he had taken videos of his co-workers without their knowledge between August 24 and October 27, 2012 in various states of nudity, which were also located on his personal computer. O’Brien said, “If convicted on all charges, the defendant faces in excess of ten years incarceration”.
