Defendant: Jeffrey Knight

Jeffrey Knight pled guilty today to a charge of F-1 Involuntary Manslaughter in the death of his 25 year old son, Jonathan.  The father and son had been drinking and became involved in an argument and a fight at Jeffrey Knight’s home.  The elder Knight hit his son in the head with a metal fence post on March 31, 2015, causing his son to be in a coma for 17 days before his death.  Members of the family were present and agreed with the plea.
