On October 28, 2012, it is alleged that Lytle committed a home invasion with a hunting knife at Tammy’s residence located at 3873 Aries Brook Drive in Columbus. In early to mid-December 2012, it is alleged that Lytle solicited a person to disfigure Tammy, and this person contacted the police. In mid to late December 2012, it is alleged that Lytle solicited Fickenworth to hire a third party to murder his wife. O’Brien stated, “If found guilty on all charges, Lytle faces a maximum sentence exceeding 50 years and Fickenworth could be sentenced to between 3 to 11 years”. Arraignment for both men is set for Friday, January 11, 2013, at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2A.
