One Of Trio Connected To Dublin Sunoco Murder Expected To Plea

Defendant: Austin M. Cusey Plea

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that Austin M. Cusey, age 18, is expected to plead guilty at a hearing this morning in connection to the February 13, 2012 slaying of Mohamed Hassan, age 46, at the 201 W. Bridge Street Sunoco station in Dublin. Cusey was also indicted for his alleged involvement in a robbery that occurred on February 2, 2012 at the Dublin Max & Erma’s restaurant and the theft of 97 guns that occurred on February 8, 2012 at the Powder Room gun range in Powell. The hearing is expected to commence at 9:00 am before Judge Lynch in courtroom 7E at 345 South High Street.
