Preliminary Hearing Scheduled For Tomorrow For Father Of Murdered Baby

Today, Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that Quindell Sherman has waived his preliminary hearing scheduled for tomorrow morning, November 24, 2010 at 10:00 am in connection to the death of his infant son, Jayden. The case has been bound over to the Franklin County Grand Jury and is expected to be reviewed in the following weeks.“We anticipate seeking records regarding the defendant and the matter will be presented to the Grand Jury at a later date”, O’Brien stated.
