Preliminary Hearings Scheduled For Today Waived By Caron Montgomery In Connection To Thanksgiving Triple Murder Cases

Today, Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that Caron Montgomery, age 36, has waived his two preliminary hearings scheduled for this morning, December 7, 2010 at 10:00 am in connection to the murders of his girlfriend, Tia Hendricks, age 31, their 2 year old son Tyron Hendricks, and Tia’s 10 year old daughter Tahlia Hendricks. The case has been bound over to the Franklin County Grand Jury and is expected to be reviewed in the following weeks. “We anticipate further investigation, as well as seeking records regarding the defendant, and the matter will be presented to the Grand Jury at a later date”, O’Brien stated.
