Prosecutor Ron O’Brien commented, “Due to the collaborative efforts of many we have been able to shut down the selling of heroin out of numerous locations in our county.” Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned indictments against five separate individuals involved in trafficking heroin between September 1 to November 30, 2016, who were operating out of numerous houses/apartments/storage unit locations located on Frazell Road and Bridle Creek Way in Hilliard, Trabue Road, Wildindigo Run, Parkviewlake Drive, Trinity Marsh, Sedona Crossing, and Deacon Circle in Columbus, and Bayridge Drive in Lewis Center. Jose Millan, age 26, Columbus, OH 43228
