THREE SUSPECTS INVOLVED IN HOME INVASION JUST NORTH OF OSU CAMPUS INDICTED FOR AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

Defendant: Royce Hickey, Victor Milton, and Reid Neri
Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned indictments against three suspects in connection to a home invasion that happened just north of The Ohio State University campus on Duncan Street during the afternoon of March 29, 2016. The following individuals that have been indicted are:
Royce Conrad Hickey, age 20, Columbus, OH 43202
Victor Ndapi Milton, age 19, Westerville, OH 43081
Reid Alan Neri, age 20, Columbus, OH 43220
The counts in the indictments include Aggravated Burglary with Specification, Aggravated Robbery with Specification, Robbery with Specification, Tampering with Evidence with Specification, and Kidnapping with Specification. Defendant Victor Milton is additionally indicted with one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability based on a juvenile adjudication as well as being under indictment for multiple burglary offenses at the time of this offense. “At least two of the victims in this case are students at OSU,” O’Brien stated. “Milton posted a substantial bond just one week prior to committing the March 29th home invasion. Soon after Milton’s arrest, our office requested revocation of Milton’s bond, resulting in the Court increasing the bond on Milton’s pending burglaries to a combined 6 million dollars,” O’Brien further stated.
