David L. White has been indicted for a total of 22 counts, and Montie E. Sullivan has been indicted for a total of 21 counts, ranging from Aggravated Burglary with Specification, Aggravated Robbery with Specification, Kidnapping with Specification, Attempted Aggravated Burglary with Specification, Improperly Discharging Firearm At Or Into A Habitation Or School Safety Zone with Specification, Receiving Stolen Property (White only), Burglary, Theft, Burglary with Specification, and Theft.

The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office found the two suspects in the midst of a home invasion robbery that had just taken place.  The family dog had been shot and the robbers took numerous items.  Shortly thereafter, the vehicle was found with stolen property still inside the car.  The alleged defendants fled on foot, but were later taken into custody.  They have been charged in Lancaster for that offense and are currently in the Fairfield County Jail.
