WOMAN ACCUSED OF HOLDING DOWN 8-YEAR OLD WHILE SHE WAS RAPED BY WOMAN’S BOYFRIEND HAVE BOTH BEEN INDICTED

Defendant: Tracy Glover and Alberto Hernandez

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced today that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Tracy A. Glover, age 44, and her boyfriend Alberto P. Hernandez, age 53, in connection to the sexual assaults that occurred between June 9, 2014 to February 4, 2015 to an 8 year old at their home located at 2897 Atwood Terrace in Columbus.  Both Glover and Hernandez have also been indicted in connection to sexual assaults that occurred between June 21 to November 30, 2014 to a second victim.  The defendants have been indicted for four counts (F-1) Rape.  Hernandez allegedly raped both of the girls while Glover was present and participating in the assaults.  “If Glover and Hernandez are convicted for these rapes, they each face a potential sentence of life in prison”, O’Brien stated.  Arraignment for both defendants is set for tomorrow, February 18th, at 1:30 pm in courtroom 2A at 345 S. High Street.
