WOMAN WHO PAINTED MESSAGE DURING VANDALISM ON PLANNED PARENTHOOD BUILDING PLEADS GUILTY

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said, “This woman caused damages in the thousands when she painted a message during the vandalism of the Planned Parenthood building”. Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that Rachel Ann Jackson, age 71, pled guilty today to one count Breaking and Entering (F-5), one count Vandalism (F-5), and one count Aggravated Trespass (M-1) in connection to the March 7, 2016 paint vandalism that occurred on the Planned Parenthood building located at 3225 E. Main Street east of downtown Columbus. Jackson approached the Planned Parenthood building and painted “SATAN DEN OF BABY KILLERS GOD SEE ALL – MARK 9:42” on the outside wall of the facility, causing thousands of dollars’ worth of damage. “Jackson faces a potential 24 months in prison in addition to 6 months in county jail when she is sentenced on September 29th”, O’Brien stated.
