Two Alcohol Related Aggravated Vehicular Homicide Cases Indicted

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announces that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned indictments on two separate individuals for Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, both of which were premised upon the defendants being under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of both. Clarence D. Dickerson, age 50, has been indicted for one count (F-1) Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, one count (F-2) Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, and one count (M-1) Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, for a total of three counts, in connection to the November 12, 2012 crash that killed Melissa B. Rone, age 38, a teacher at Scottwood Elementary School on the East Side of town. William J. Hill, age 32, has been indicted for one count (F-2) Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, one count (F-3) Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, and one count (M-1) Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, for a total of three counts, in connection to the December 5th, 2012 crash that killed Tucker Northeimer, age 5, and injured his father and little sister on the North Side of town.
