Indictment Of Father Charged With Voyeurism Involving His Daughter And Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving Other Minors

Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announced that the Franklin County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against Royce Nicely of Dublin, age 41, with two counts Voyeurism (F-5), one count Voyeurism (M-3), two counts Voyeurism (M-2), sixteen counts Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor (F-4), and one count Tampering with Evidence (F-3), for a total of twenty-two counts. It is alleged that Nicely had videos of his daughter taken without her knowledge between May of 2010 and August of 2011 in various states of nudity, that were located on his business computer. It is also alleged that Nicely had a multitude of child pornography videos on the same computer. O’Brien said, “If convicted on all charges, the defendant faces in excess of ten years incarceration”
